This hoop is made of Glow in the Dark polypro which glows in the dark and has a bouncy flow. This tubing is light weight which ranges from 8-12oz. (Varies on size and added tape) Add tape for grip! Choose from several colors or just choose "No Thanks". Hoops are collapsable with a push button connection with a rivited insert. I measure hoops in OD" (Outter Diameter).
